Can you post some more information?  Perhaps the full failing command line
along with the output from the command line (preferably with "EMCC_DEBUG=1"
set).

>From the error you provided I can take a guess that maybe its an invalid
object file being passed to the linker?   Have you tried a fully clean
build?  Are your trying to link in object files build with a different
version of llvm perhaps?
