I believe ccache is fairly generic and should work with any gcc or
clang-like compiler so it should just work with emscripten.  However, I've
not tried it myself.

I think the instructions for using cache are not specific any given
compiler, you just put `ccache ...` at the beginning of all your build
commands and that's about it.   Have you run into difficulties with that
approach?
