Node docs say that version uses v8 9.4.146.19,

I believe SIMD was enabled by default in Chromium 91,

https://developer.chrome.com/blog/new-in-chrome-91/

which would mean V8 9.1.* would be enough. So that should be new enough.
But it would be good to verify.
