Joe and I decided to experiment with editing EMU drafts on github. We
have setup a github organization for the working group:

Currently, we have the following drafts (repositories):
1. Using EAP-TLS with TLS 1.3:
https://github.com/emu-wg/draft-ietf-emu-eap-tls13
2. Handling Large Certificates and Long Certificate Chains in EAP-TLS:
https://github.com/emu-wg/eaptls-longcert
This would hopefully make the collaborative editing of drafts easier and
more transparent. For example, Sean Turner had promised during the
meeting to help with some text on how not to shoot yourself in the foot
with PKI (pick shorter OIDs if possible etc.).
This is an experiment so we look forward to your feedback (and pull
requests).
