This is a minor NIT, but was confusing. The EAP numbers page is here: https://www.iana.org/assignments/eap-numbers/eap-numbers.xhtml
It contains a link to the EAP-FAST parameters: https://www.iana.org/assignments/eap-fast-parameters/eap-fast-parameters.xhtml But there's no similar link for TEAP parameters in that page. There is, however. a TEAP parameters registry: https://www.iana.org/assignments/teap-parameters/teap-parameters.xhtml But it's not clear where it's linked from. Should we have a link from the EAP numbers page to the TEAP parameters page, in the same way as is done for FAST?
