Along with draft-ietf-emu-eap-arpa, I've placed draft-ietf-emu-bootstrapped-tls
into a WGLC ending on September 25th. As of the latest version, it is aligned
with draft-ietf-emu-eap-arpa. The document is a short read, so please look it
over and provide review comments to the mailing list. It can be found at

aforementioned eap.arpa document is at
