I am totally up for improving the hostap implementation I've done in a bit of a hackathon activity at Vienna.  I've got other things to hack as well, but this would top the list.  Anyone else game?  The principal thing that needs to be worked on is the TLS key derivation in Section 3.3.2.

Also, I would prefer this doc be standalone.  I'm willing to co-edit to make it so, but I'm equally happy for Alan to do the work ;-)
