The 20th issue of MEA Bulletin includes reports on recent informal consultations on environmental governance and the first Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol on Water and Health. The guest article discusses efforts by the UN Food and Agriculture's Legal Office to assist countries in engineering legislative changes, building legislative capacity, analyzing trends and disseminating best practices related to food, agriculture and sustainable management of natural resources. Elisa Morgera, FAO Legal Office, Development Law Service, authored the article.
