The 30th issue of MEA Bulletin includes reports on recent workshops on community forestry and law enforcement, implementation activities related to controlling ozone- depleting substances, and a meeting of the Scientific Group advising the Contracting Parties to the London Convention and Protocol, which recommended caution in relation to planned large-scale iron fertilization of the oceans to sequester carbon dioxide. The guest article explores the issue of "Creating Trading Zones and Expertise for Climate Information."
