The 35th issue of MEA Bulletin includes reports on the first Regional Implementation Meeting (RIM) for the sixteenth session of the Commission on Sustainable Development, and agreements recently negotiated under the auspices of the Convention on Migratory Species to protect the Mediterranean Monk Seal and gorillas and their habitats. This issue also contains a resource focus on the Multilateral Environmental Agreement Negotiator's Handbook, second edition, which was prepared by Environment Canada, the UN Environment Programme and Joensuu University.
