Hi,

I'm having troubles compiling encfs on my CentOS 5.5 system.
CentOS ships with boost-1.33, so I upgraded to boost 1.45.

The reason I bring this up is that my attempts to compile encfs fail with
configure somewhere in or around the boost detection.

config.log:
#define HAVE_BOOST /**/
#define HAVE_BOOST_SYSTEM /**/
#define HAVE_BOOST_SERIALIZATION /**/

configure: exit 1

./configure --build=x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu --host=x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu
--target=x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu --program-prefix= --prefix=/usr
--exec-prefix=/usr --bindir=/usr/bin --sbindir=/usr/sbin --syscontd

ends with:
checking for boostlib >= 1.34... yes
checking whether the Boost::System library is available... yes
configure: WARNING: BOOST_CPPFLAGS -I/usr/include
checking whether the Boost::Serialization library is available... yes
configure: error: Could not link against !

I'm hoping you folks can help me figure out what configure cannot link against.

Thanks.
