Hello everyone,

I was wondering, is the key used by encfs cleared safely after umount?
or does it stay in resident memory as a dirty page or something?
I have a VPS where I read mail and other "sensitive" stuff, and
although I trust my VPS provider, I'd like to have some files
encrypted and encfs seems like the best (easiest) way, but since the
server is always on, if the password isn't properly cleared it might
be problematic.

Thanks!
