Without complete access to your encryption there is no way anyone
can verify those files.

showcruft just shows files that teh given encryption can not decrypt.
That is files that were not created using the given encryption.

The .encfs file should be ignored (of course) as it is plain text (sigh)
but the others may be files that were created using a different encryption
were renamed outside the encryption, or are simple corrupt in some way.

the question thus becomes, what created them. Check the file dates, and
try to remember what you were doing at that time.

NOTE: I myself like to layer multiple different encryptions into the same
encryption storage directory as a method of adding 'chaff' and making
'rubberhose attacks' useless. That is not everything in my encrypted
storage area is actually decryptable, and I have notices to that effect
an many places.

Any use of showcruft on my encryption directories will thus always show
lots of 'bad' files.

Using encryption on the Internet is the equivalent of arranging an
armored car to deliver credit-card information from someone living
in a cardboard box to someone living on a park bench. -- Gene Spafford
