To facilitate merging, the Android patches are now applied to the svn
trunk. The encfs svn repository has been imported into cryptonite's
git repository to preserve the commit history (see e.g. [1]).
Thanks for removing the Boost dependency in the latest code. It
greatly simplifies building encfs for Android.
