It does seem bizarre that we have no way to file a bug from the front page. We do need to think about how to make a more useful website that does better volunteer capture. I think though fixing the "file a bug" should be a priority. I have created two bugs, one in engagement list - https://gitlab.gnome.org/Community/Engagement/General/issues/61 and a matching bugzilla bug at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=793490.
