If you're looking for posting opportunities outside the usual stuff you might want to consider Wechat and QQ for within China, and also Project Pengyou for reaching US/China students (I believe their website has a place to post about events students might be interested in—but it's not tech-specific). Tsinghua has a nice Maker Institute/community that might also be interested.
