[Engine-devel] Proposal to add Alona Kaplan as maintainers to webadmin

Alona has worked on oVirt for the past 9 months, developing several 
features in the webadmin (including localization and integrated 
dashboards) and also a slew of bugs...

I'd like to propose Alona as a maintainer of the webadmin
