"connect to ovirt-engine via ovirt-engine-sdk" is using sdk like this:
Api = API('https://{ovirt-engine}', 'user@domain', 'password', None, None,
'ca.crt', filter=True)
this function running more than 10 seconds.
And Userportal is faster than it.
