userportal: implemented login automatically
This included the change of the usage of the LoginModel to
UserPortalLoginModel.
Important changes:
- the BaseApplicationInit listens to loggedInEvent
- two ApplicationInit classes: one per userportal one per webadmin
created because:
- to have a constructor which takes the specific LoginModel or
UserPortalLoginModel (needed by gin)
- to init the model after the user logs in and before the
UiCommonInitEvent is fired (CommonModelManager.init for webadmin and
fire UserPortalModelInitEvent for userportal)
