Patch Set 2:
When trying to bond a nic with a nic that has one vlan network, you get the
following error:
[org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.AddBondCommand]
CanDoAction of action AddBond failed. Reasons:NETWORK_INTERFACE_IN_USE_BY_VLAN
Bonding cannot be applied on an Interface where VLAN is defined.
-Please remove VLAN from the interface.
