Patch Set 1: @Eli VDS_DETECTED is triggered when the status of the host is set to up. The Host is set to Non-operational when VDS_VERSION_NOT_SUPPORTED_FOR_CLUSTER or VDS_FAILURE is triggered. VDS_FAILURE is mapped to VDS_ACTIVATE and VDS_VERSION_NOT_SUPPORTED_FOR_CLUSTER is not in event_map table.
