core: UnPowerMock MoveOrCopyDiskCommandTest Removed PowerMock dependency from MoveOrCopyDiskCommandTest. In order to facilitate this change several protected methods were created in the MoveOrCopyDiskCommand, in order to allow spying out the dependency on StorageDomainChecker and ImagesHandler.
