engine: Add method to process "VmsCount" log token https://bugzilla.redhat.com/835933 Two existing event log messages, displayed when adding or updating VM pools, had the ${VmsCount} token present but there was no code to process the token. This caused the text "VmsCount" to appear in the messages instead of the numeric count.
