userportal, webadmin: introduce Element ID capable CheckBoxCell (Patch 4z of 12) Create CheckboxCell that extends GWT's CheckboxCell with Element ID framework functionality. Replaced all usages of GWT CheckboxCell with new CheckboxCell (drop-in replacement).
