core: AuditLogType - add CINDER_PROVIDER_ERROR Adding CINDER_PROVIDER_ERROR to AuditLogType/AuditLogMessages. This is a general error message which should be used for any exception that is sent from Cinder, hence, we could not support translation (as the messages are displayed as is).
