Patch Set 1: Can we move this logic to the backend so that the RESTAPI doesn't have to be aware of the "RPM" concept? For example, can we add a new "GetSystemVersion" query (similar to "GetSystemStatistics") with methods "String getVersion()" and "String getFullVersion()"?
