autoinstall: Use systemd service This patch changes the autoinstall schema for the vdsm-tool register to use systemd to guarantee that before triggering the register at least the network is up and supervdsmd as well. Additionally, refactor of autoreg since we are not using ovirt-node boot hook anymore.
