Patch Set 1: Why can put this in rpm goal, however, creating a srpm out of tarball should be common knowledge and is standard approach. It is like you ask me why not do ~1000 other things in makefile that belongs to integration. I think that each project should output correct tarball structure to allow exact same procedure in jenkins to create the outputs out of this tarball.
