Can we assure upstream that ovirt is the only enterprise application deployed
on the application server? Not sure I would System.exit - why not just log +
throw an exception and cause the application start to fail?

I remember that with JMX service there was a @Depends annotation (+ you could
define this via xml) and add dependency on datasource - can we use this here as
well?
