If script/plugin discover doesn't help, try moving your plugin source file (probably in ~/.rails-plugin-sources) out of the way and running script/plugin discover again. If that STILL doesn't work, then it's possible that someone has corrupted the wiki page somehow. My efforts aren't focussed on cleaning that up, however, since there's a better application on it's way:
