I'm Italian and I've found this one to be a "touching" research to
me... but if you say that Italian language does not come from Latin
you should be able to show that during a certain period in Italy two
languages were spoken at the same time, i.e. vulgar latin and
"ancient" Italian. Can this statement be confirmed? or are there any
other solutions?
