Hi,
I got full or partial answers. Please correct me if anything wrong.

1) You express yourself very imperfectly.

yourself - Indirect object. It answers the question "To whom?"

You express him very imperfectly. [here him replace yourself]

It is clear that yourself is "reflexive pronoun".

2) I wash myself when I get up.

I thought wash means "clothes washing". But it is bath.

So clearly myself is "reflexive pronoun".

3) They enjoyed themselves.

First I don't understand the meaning of the sentence.

Does the sentence "They enjoyed him" meaningful.

4) He set himself a hard task.

We can say "He set him a hard task".

    himself - Indirect object.

It is clear that himself is reflexive pronoun.

5) We exerted ourselves.
6) Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
7) whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased.

Please answer to other questions.

Best Regards
Mariappan
