Dear friends,

In reference to the message sent yesterday, I keep receiving too many
comments on the usages of"bath/bathe/sunbathe/swim"

There is a wide divergence of opinion when it comes to British English.

Most of the comments, made by British speakers, are contradictory. British
people in their 40's had an opinion that was not the same from folks in
their 20's.

My research was based on accredited books from reliable institutions such as
Oxford, Princeton, Cambridge, Longman and my personalwith speakers from the
UK.

My advice: say 'take a bath' and 'swim' which are accepted in the entire
English world to avoid mix-ups. Sunbathe has no problem unless you get a
sunburn :-)))
