I have just created my Spanish group. I had no intention to create a Spanish list because I can’t really ‘manage’ or ‘moderate’ a list. I’d rather be a normal member just like everybody else. However, over the past two months I have subscribed myself to Spanish lists and they claimed about the content and frequency of my posts. They wanted me to post only ‘language’ things, that is to stay on topic. I don’t subscribe to this view. A student of any foreign language should see language in every aspect by interacting and discussing. Therefore, I recently created this ‘free’ friendship language group in which Spanish is a lingua franca. I have a Spanish background and I need to practice the language, otherwise I’ll quickly forget it. If you are interested, please accept my sincere ‘invite’.
