Hello, Oh, Great!! What's your first and second languages? I suggest you to but an mp3 player and download some English pod casts from internet and listen to them on your way to and back from work. I mean you should listen to english native speaker as much as you can even though you do not understand them, just listen listen listen then suddenly you will discover that you can understand it.
