It's an interview with a fisher man: http://www.elllo.org/english/0901/T926-Darren-Allure.htm Fishermen wait for hours and hours by the seas or river waiting to catch a fish!! when a fish takes the rod, if it is a strong fish, it will make the fisherman run on the beach. They say fishing is not a boring sport, instead the thrill of that moment when a fish takes the rod, is all that he is waiting for. Fishing is like everything that does not suit everybody but if it is well publicized, lots of people will get hooked ! It's the most popular sport in the UK but it is not well publicized like football and golf. Some people equate fishing to hunting but as the fisherman says in the interview, this believe is wrong since they don't kill and eat all the fishes the catch but also they just select some suitable for eating and put the rest back in the sea or river. As long as you do it quickly, there will be no harm to the fish and it will swim away and you can see it healthy. Fishing is a laid-back sport. It's not violent in any means. The interviewed fisherman says that river fishing will be more popular in future since the stocks of see is decreasing and the stocks of rivers are greater.
