I translate and spanish text by Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov (http://
cronicasiglo21.zoomblog.com/archivo/2007/06/02/pensamientos-para-
meditar-por-Omraam-M.html). I wish you like it:

"Taking and giving: these two words sum up two conceptions of life.
And we can say that physically, emotionally and mentally most humans
think mostly just in taking: situations, events and people are only
really interesting as long as there be something you can take. And
because of this, nothing can really improve the world.

If you truly want that something good be left because of your passing
through the earth, you have to get used to give.

Look at a fountain: animals go to quench their thirst, and next to it,
plants and trees grow, and people build their houses. Why? Because it
doesn't stop of giving all its water. The fountain tells us that there
is only one real way to create and preserve life, and to give the best
we have in our heart and our soul. And do not be afraid of people's
ingratitude. Much worse for them if they are ungrateful: they will
continue being poor, and much better for you if they are a fountain:
you will be rich!"

A happy new year!

Pablo
