Hi Claire! I read your post early, you made me smile :) Here my news for you, Pln, and... I don't know ;)
> I'm saying this because I read about your calf problem,too...Your poor > thing!:( > > I wonder if you had the lens of your camera replaced or fixed! > Have you found a new pair of shoes already? > It's kind of interesting for a woman like me reading about men being > indecisive while shopping!LOL Listen friend, I haven't had time to buy my new shoes! Living alone during working days is so hard... ;) Imagine, by the time I use to left from my office, all the shoes stores are closed! And during weekends where I travel there aren't such options! It's not just being indecisive... LOL Thank good, I'm feeling my calf is getting better :) Sometimes it seems the only way to recover yourself from an injury is just doing (not vigorous) exercise. Well, I'm starting to hate my heavy backpack ;) so, I'm seriously planning on taking to my office enough clothes for all the week, so I'll need more shoes, new and used, I'm afraid ;) LOL About the LCD screen of the camera, it costs about some 70-150 US dolars. And, it's possible that it would be better to buy a new one and left the other for contingencies! LOL Anyway, if someone drops his/her camera if you can get the part for replacement, it might be better to look for a cheap-replace-yourself service, instead of paying fro an expensive-authorized service ;) > I agree that it's much easier and more practical to give cash instead > of gifts. > In this European country where I'm living and working, people tend to > either ask in advance what gift the recipient would like to get or > enclose the cash with a hand-written greeting card. Thank you for that info :) I didn't know. > It does save both parties a lot of time and energy. > > But on the other hand,Falin was right, too! > It's the time and energy that we spend on our loved ones makes them > special and dear to us... > Nothing can cpmpare to the moment when they open the gift you had > spent so much time choosing for them and you witness that's exactly > what they long to get for a long time. They kiss and hug you again and > again because they are exhilarated!!!:D You are absolutely right! I hope I can change this. When I'll do I'll think on you! > Talking about concerts, > doesn't Shakira give concerts at least in Bogota? > I saw a couple of months ago on BBC that she became a charity > celebrity fighting for the poor's educational rights in Colombia... I don't much about Sharika :( About Juanes, I didn't know about his hardships to reach his success. I watch a video of his singer life and it wasn't easy. And many people just like to talk for talkings sake, distrusting that kind of good actions :( My best wishes, Pablo > It sounds like Oshiro should drag you to the karaoke with Lil,Amartya > and me,too! So he can have a great time making fun of our out-of-tune > performance if it's any!LOL > > Nice day to you and us all! > Claire > On May 3, 6:34 pm, Pablo <[email protected]> wrote: > > > Hi Lil! > > > >What would you do if you...? > > > 1 met your former or present English teacher at a party? > > > Nothing in special.
