Are you still working as a consultant in HR DEPT. if I remember correctly?;) I've been covering more and more reports from Corporate Leadership Council from USA with a student who started to work for HR DEPT in a multinational company. We are studying the report on the advantages and disadvantages of Centralizing or Decentralizing the Recruitment Function.
