Salam. Good night. I think team work is a key factor to success. People should learn how to collaborate with each other in a team following a common goal. I should confess that any team work that I participated in was more successful than my individual activities.
Something interesting reached my mind just now. I think marriage is a team work and most of divorces are because of at least one of the 2 partners do not know how to participate in a team, such a close-relationship team. In a team in spite of doing your own activities, you care for others. If a colleague is misdirecting others may advise him/her and the risk of losing will be dramatically decreased. In my opinion, the ability to team working is the main factor that distinguish advanced countries from third-world ones.
