Hi Charles, Did you use 'Windows Media Player to play the song? Maybe, your player doesn't support .mp4 files.
There are 3 ways you can play the song : 1. Download and install Video Lan Player. Click on this link : http://www.videolan.org/mirror-geo.php?file=vlc/1.0.0/win32/vlc-1.0.0-win32.exe A window will pop up. Click on 'Save File'. Install the saved file. Use this player to play the video. 2. If you want to play the video using Windows Media Player, download K Lite Codec pack, which will supply your media player with necessary supporting files to play such a video. Use this link to download and install K Lite Codec Pack : http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_lite_codec_pack.htm 3. Take help of a computer nerd, who is fond of music and videos, and spends a lot of time glued to the computer. I am sure most computer geeks know how to play audio and video files with any extension.
