C Code explorer does not work [f=2:i=10189:t=10189]

I tried CodeExplorer in PSPad 4.5.0.2155, and it does not build the
structure if I use this constructs:

#ifdef __cplusplus
extern "C" {
#endif

...

#ifdef __cplusplus
}
#endif

Whatever thing is inside these lines, is ignored by CodeExplorer. Can you
fix it?
