Reaction to the Minimize command C++ [f=2:i=10455:t=10455]

Hi, 

I do a little program on C++.
On it i had to minimized all Window and show them later.

For that i use the function : ::ShowWindow(_hwnd,SW_MINIMIZE);

And some programs, like PSPad, have a strange reaction to this function.
they show a little bar and not go on all on the Toolbar.


Does someone know why ?
