Ah - That makes sense. Thanks. On a related note : I have real tabs enabled -- With trimming turned off, if I hit Tab at the end of a line, I get actual tabs appended to the line. With trimming turned on, if I hit Tab at the end of a line, I get nothing until I press the first non-whitespace key, then I get a series of spaces. It makes sense that with trimming turned on, nothing should appear until I hit a non-whitespace key (or at least, anything that /did/ appear should be erased if I move away without hitting a non-whitespace key). However, with real tabs turned on, shouldn't I get tabs either way, assuming they're "non-trailing"? It seems to me the behavior is right, except that PSPad should append either tabs or spaces depending on whether or not real tabs are enabled, not on whether or not trimming is enabled.
