What version of Windows are you running? Have you tried unistalling pspad? This would reset PSPad to all the default settings. After uninstalling, make sure to delete the program directory C:\program files\pspad, and any working directories under C:\Documents and Settings\<logon-account>\Application Data\PSPad.
