While compiler tab under "Highlighters Settings..." work fine, but one or
two options are missed. As a programmer, for a compiler you need to have
both compile and build settings so I suggest:
Add an option under compiler tab to let seeting for
1. Compile setting (ctrl+F9) with its own parameters
2. Build or Link setting ( for example Alt+F9) with its own
parameters
