Hi, I'm fairly new to PSPad and so far I like it, except for one very annoying "feature". I type a lot of HTML code. But sometimes as I start to type an HTML tag, a dialog pops up with a bunch of fields to fill in for the HTML tag. (I don't know what the name of this feature it is, so I'll just call it the "dialog") The problem is that I can't figure out how to turn this automatic dialog off. I don't want it to appear automatically like that - it's much faster for me to simply type the rest of the tag manually than to try to tab or mouse between the fields to fill them in. (I wouldn't mind a way to bring up the dialog manually, in the event that I forget the exact name of the field, but I don't want it EVER to appear automatically.) Not only that, but when I dismiss the dialog, all my typing from before the dialog appeared is lost. It gets so that I cannot even type the tag in manually at all - this dialog appears every time I start typing the tag, and when I try to close it my work is lost. I realize that many people probably appreciate this feature, and more power to them, but to me it is a distraction and a frustrating waste of time. There must be some way to make it ONLY appear if I manually choose to open it, through a menu item or hotkey. I just can't seem to find the right option to disable it. Thanks for an otherwise excellent program. [%sig%] -- PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
