the editor PSPad can swap lines. Is there a way of swapping characters as
well?
I often use the FrameMaker feature where you can set the cursor between
two mistyped characters and press CTRL-F9 to change "ths|i" to "thi|s"
("|" is the cursor).
(I know, I could try to better coordinate my hands as well...)
