After you posted this, I uninstalled PSPad, reinstalled it in a different folder (using the 4.5.0.2175 installer), then downloaded the latest build 2177. After launching PSPad, I can switch to color schemes Cream, Dark, Light Gray, Money Green, Turbo Pascal without any problems.
