Hi guys,

great tool, PSPad!!! I'm using it since a year now.

A short question / request:
I'm dumping sql Files from phpMyAdmin, but these files have wrong
encodings (PSPad recognizes ANSII, although they're UTF-8)...I think
it's a bug of phpMyAdmin (V2.7.0).

When I open these files in PSPad, all the umlauts are corrupt (e.g. "ΓΌ"
gets "ü").

So I've tried to open this file in OpenOffice. There you can choose
before opening, in which encoding you'd like to open the file. I choose
UTF-8 there, save the file again and everything is fine (so if I open it
again in PSPad, it recognizes the encoding and the umlauts).

Is it possible to force PSPad to open files with a certain encoding?

Thanks and greetings
Bernie
